About Kurt DeMeire:
 
Kurt DeMeire is the founder and co-owner of County Records Research. Kurt earned his B.S. degree from California State Polytechnic University Pomona, and has been a CA Real Estate Broker and real estate investor for over 30 years.  Kurt and his company are full service trustees and have processed over 10,000 foreclosures for unpaid lenders.  Kurt’s company publishes all new notices of default, notices of trustee’s sales, new REO’s (updated every 30 minutes) in California, Arizona, and Nevada.  As an investor, Kurt has purchased approximately 60 apartment buildings and homes at all stages of the foreclosure process.  Also, he has purchased countless non-performing notes and then become the foreclosing lender.  You can visit his website at www.countyrecordsresearch.com.
